We are aware that film is the one best medium to quickly communicate an image of a company to a larger audience. There is many different ways to do that; the most common are listed here.

  • Image Film - Classic
    A film, usually 5-15 minutes, that defines the image of a company by giving a short visual tour of the production facilities and place of business; featuring interviews with company heads and / or employees, as well as infographics and visual statistics. It aims at generating an impression of the company itself, its current status and plans; the target groups are either investors or current customers who want to find out about the company they are buying products and services from.
  • Image Film - Specific
    In about 1-5 minutes, this specific image film concentrates on a key development or feature of a company; to explain some of the workings or to give customers and investors confidence and insight in that specific part of the company. An example would be the coverage of a charitable action of the company that is shown in relation with key values of the company.
  • Image Film - Portrait
    Aimed at smaller businesses, this kind of image film feels more personal, like a short article about a small business in a newspaper; it concentrates mostly at the people who founded the business. Process of an Image Film

  1. Initial Meeting
    In the initial meeting, we will analyze the areas the image film should cover for your company; we advise you from a filmmaking, storytelling and marketing standpoint. After determining the general purpose of your image film, we will work together on an outline that matches your company's existing image, as well as determining a style for the image film that goes along with it. At Prodigium Pictures, we are all about matching every single aspect of an artwork to its purpose - so, we want to match every part of the process of your image film to the very foundation and mission of your company.
  2. Preproduction
    We will figure out logistics, possible travels, schedule interviews with people in your company that you want to show in the image films, organize voice over actors to narrate the image film - unless someone from your company will take that role - and gather intelligence such as weather reports to make sure your company shines in the right light. We will prepare a script, just like in a narrative or documentary film, and get into a feedback loop with you to carve the script until it's exactly what you want. As soon as dates are set and the distribution of the image film has been discussed - through which media you want your target audience to see the film - we will organize all the required equipment as well as a team appropriate to the size of the production.
  3. Production - anywhere in the world
    No matter if your headquarters and facilities are in Los Angeles, New York, Berlin, Tokio, Vienna, Sydney, Antarctica or Sao Paulo - we will go there. Our equipment can be transported easily, or in specific cases, also be rented in the country of filming. The filming process itself can take from one to a few days, depending on the project and its size, and we will return to Los Angeles to finish the Post Production.
  4. Post Production
    We will produce a rough cut that will be basis for a feedback loop with you. After you are happy with the picture edit, it is locked and we move on to sound and further post production. Again, aligning every aspect of the image film with your company's mission, we will enhance the visual style of the image film to match your company's personality. You then have the option to choose various delivery formats for your image film.
